1. What we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored hashed), display name, and optionally a photo, bio and location. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Tasks and offers: what you post, prices, locations, deadlines and photos.
• Messages: chat messages and files you send inside a contract.
• ID verification: if you choose to verify, a photo of an ID document and a selfie.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store payment and payout references, not card or bank numbers.
• Reviews, disputes and support requests you send us.
• Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms, and error reports when something breaks.

2. Why we use it

• To run the marketplace: show tasks and offers, connect requesters and runners, and process escrow payments and payouts.
• To keep it safe: verify identities, handle disputes, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send service emails and notifications about your tasks, offers, payments and account.
• To fix errors and keep the service working.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who sees what

• Other users see your display name, profile, reviews, and the tasks and offers you post. Your email address is not shown to other users.
• The person on the other side of a contract sees the messages and files in that contract.
• ID documents and selfies are only seen by our staff for verification.

4. Service providers

• Stripe for payments, escrow and payouts.
• Amazon Web Services for hosting, database, file storage and email, in the European Union.
• Google if you use Google sign-in.
• Sentry for error reports.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open and for as long as needed to complete contracts, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete your account and we delete or anonymise your data, except what we must keep by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@hashiruu.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and notify you of material changes.
